Overview
GR-20EX explosion-proof double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is a equipment produced by GREATWALL for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body has an inner and outer structure, and the material temperature in the kettle is adjusted by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer, and it can work under normal or negative pressure conditions.
Features
1. Made of high borosilicate Glass, it has excellent physical and chemical performance.
2. Operating temperature range, can be used in the range of -80 ℃ to 200 ℃.
3. Can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions, Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
4. The key sealing parts are made of Teflon + FV rubber cock or discharge valve, and "O" ring with TFE protective layer.
5. Explosion-proof motor is used, and the Explosion-proof level is Exd ⅱ BT4.
6. Stirring adopts mechanical sealing, push-type Impeller, the shaft is stainless steel wrapped PTFE, with anti-corrosion function.
7. Equipped with a side discharge valve without liquid accumulation, which is convenient for material discharge.
8. Rotation speed can be adjusted in the range of 50~ 500rpm.
Principle
The Reaction Kettle adjusts the temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the jacket of the double-decked kettle body. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state through a vacuum pump to meet specific experimental conditions. The uniform dropwise addition of the material can be controlled by a constant pressure funnel or a regulating valve on the feeding bottle, and the reaction product can be recovered by distillation through the heat exchange function of the condenser.

Steps
1. Check whether the components of the equipment are well connected.
2. According to the experimental requirements, inject circulating liquid into the jacket to set the temperature.
3. If negative pressure conditions are required, connect the vacuum pump to pump the kettle to the required Vacuum Level.
4. Acceleration of material is added through constant pressure funnel or feeding port, and can be controlled by regulating valve.
5. Start the variable frequency speed motor and set the required stirring Rotation speed.
6. Carry out experimental operations such as synthesis, distillation or condensing.
7. After the experiment, discharge the material through the side discharge valve.
8. Turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is used within the calibrated Operating temperature (-80~ 200 ℃) and pressure (-0.1MPa~ 0MPa) range.
• The temperature difference between the inside and outside of the jacket shall not exceed 90 ° C.
• Before use, please confirm that the power supply specification is 220-240V~, 50/60HZ.
• Please pay attention to explosion-proof requirements during operation to ensure that the environment meets the requirements of Explosion-proof level Exd ⅱ BT4.
• Pay attention to the handling of Glass parts with care to avoid collisions.
• It should be cleaned in time after use, especially high borosilicate Glass and PTFE coated parts.
• Regularly check the integrity of mechanical sealing and other components.
