Overview
GR-30EX explosion-proof double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is a equipment produced by GREATWALL for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body has an inner and outer structure, which can adjust the material temperature in the kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer, and can work under normal or negative pressure conditions.
Features
1. Made of high borosilicate Glass, it has excellent physical and chemical performance.
2. Operating temperature range, can be used in the range of -80 ℃ to 200 ℃.
3. Can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions, Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
4. A plug or discharge valve made of Teflon + FV rubber, and an "O" ring with a TFE protective layer.
5. Equipped with a side discharge valve without liquid accumulation.
6. Using mechanical sealing, push type Impeller, stirring shaft for stainless steel outer PTFE.
7. The temperature sensor is stainless steel surface polytetrafluoroethylene, double anti-corrosion.
8. Explosion-proof level of motor is Exd ⅱ BT4.
9. Adopt frequency conversion speed regulation, stirring Speed range is 50~ 500rpm.
Principle
The Reaction Kettle adjusts the temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer of the double-decked kettle body. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state by a vacuum pump to meet the experimental conditions. The uniform dropwise addition of the material can be controlled by a constant pressure funnel or a regulating valve on the feeding bottle, and the reaction product can be recovered by distillation through the heat exchange function of the condenser.

Steps
1. According to the experimental requirements, inject the circulating liquid at the required temperature into the interlayer through the inlet and outlet of the circulating liquid in the jacket.
2. If negative pressure conditions are required, use a vacuum pump to pump the kettle to the required Vacuum Level.
3. Control the material to be evenly dripped into the kettle through the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle.
4. Start the variable frequency speed motor and set the required stirring Rotation speed for reaction.
5. During the reaction, the product can be recovered by distillation of the condenser.
6. After the reaction is completed, the material is discharged through the liquid-free discharge valve on the side.
Notice
● Please ensure that the Operating Pressure is within the tolerable range of the kettle body (-0.1MPa~ 0MPa).
The temperature difference between the inside and outside of the jacket must not exceed 90 degrees Celsius.
When operating, please note that the power supply specification is 220-240V~, 50/60HZ.
● Please check whether each sealing part (such as "O" ring, mechanical sealing) is in good condition before use.
● When feeding, please control the drop Acceleration through the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve of the feeding bottle to avoid violent reaction.
● The equipment has explosion-proof function, but it still needs to be used in an environment that meets explosion-proof requirements.
● When cleaning and maintenance, please pay attention to the protection of high borosilicate Glass and PTFE coating.
