Overview
GR-50 variable frequency speed regulation double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is a equipment produced by GREATWALL for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body has an inner and outer structure, which can adjust the material temperature in the kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer, and can work under normal or negative pressure conditions.
Features
1. Made of high borosilicate Glass, it has excellent physical and chemical performance.
2. Operating temperature range, can be used in the range of -80 ℃ to 200 ℃.
3. Can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions, Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
4. A plug or discharge valve made of Teflon + FV rubber, and an "O" ring with a TFE protective layer.
5. Stirring motor adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, Speed range is 50~ 500rpm.
6. Adopt the design of the discharge valve without liquid accumulation, and the effective size of the discharge valve from the ground is 320mm.
7. The temperature sensor is stainless steel surface polytetrafluoroethylene to achieve double anti-corrosion; the stirring adopts mechanical sealing, the propelling Impeller, and the shaft is stainless steel outer polytetrafluoroethylene.
Principle
The Reaction Kettle adjusts the temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer of the double-decked kettle body. The uniform dropwise addition of the material can be controlled by adjusting the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle. The heat exchange function of the condenser can be used for distillation to recover the reaction product. The Reaction Kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state as needed to meet the experimental conditions.
Applications
Material synthesis, distillation, condensing, etc
Steps
1. According to the experimental requirements, inject a certain temperature of circulating liquid into the interlayer to adjust the temperature of the material in the kettle.
2. If negative pressure conditions are required, pump the kettle to the required vacuum state.
3. By adjusting the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle, control the material to be evenly dripped into the Reaction Kettle.
4. Start the variable frequency speed stirring motor and set the required Rotation speed for stirring.
5. If the product needs to be recycled by distillation, use the condenser for heat exchange.
6. After the reaction is completed, the material is discharged through the discharge valve on the side without liquid accumulation.
Notice
• Operating temperature is within the allowable range of -80 ° C to 200 ° C.
The operating pressure should not exceed the specified range of vacuum or atmospheric pressure (MPa), and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1MPa to 0MPa.
• Note that the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the jacket should not exceed 90 ° C.
• Please check whether the power supply specification is 220-240V~, 50/60HZ before use.
• When operating, please pay attention to the Dimension of the whole machine (900 * 690 * 2050mm) and the effective size of the discharge valve from the ground (320mm) to ensure the safety of the operating space.
• Do not use non-compliant media to avoid damage to borosilicate Glass, Teflon + FV rubber, PTFE and other materials.
