The Reaction Kettle adopts double-decked kettle structure, which can adjust the material temperature in the kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer, and can work under normal and negative pressure conditions.

The plug or discharge valve made of Teflon + FV rubber and the "O" ring with TFE protective layer are used, which has good sealing performance. 5. Stirring system adopts mechanical sealing, push type Impeller, stirring shaft is stainless steel outer PTFE, corrosion resistance. 7. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state by a vacuum pump to meet specific experimental conditions. The material can be evenly added dropwise through a constant pressure funnel or a feeding bottle, and the reaction product can be recovered by distillation through the heat exchange function of the condenser.

1. Check whether the components of the equipment are well connected. 2. Pump the kettle to the required negative pressure through a vacuum pump. 4. Control the material to be evenly dripped into the kettle through the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle. 5. Start the variable frequency speed motor and set the appropriate stirring Rotation speed for reaction. 6. During the reaction, the condenser can be used for distillation recovery of the product. 7. After the reaction is completed, the material is discharged through the discharge valve on the side without liquid accumulation.
