Overview
GR-80 variable frequency speed regulation double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is a equipment produced by GREATWALL for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body has an inner and outer structure, which can adjust the material temperature in the kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer, and can work under normal or negative pressure conditions.

Principle
The Reaction Kettle adjusts the temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer of the double-decked kettle body. Rotation speed of the stirring motor is controlled by a frequency converter to achieve stepless speed regulation in the range of 50~ 500rpm. During the reaction process, the kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state as needed, and the material can be evenly dripped through a constant pressure funnel or a regulating valve on the feeding bottle, and the condenser is used for heat exchange to recover the reaction product by distillation.
