Overview
GR-100 variable frequency speed regulation double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is a equipment produced by GREATWALL for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body has an inner and outer structure, which can adjust the material temperature in the kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer, and can work under normal or negative pressure conditions.
Features
1. Made of high borosilicate Glass, it has excellent physical and chemical performance.
2. Operating temperature range is wide, can be used in the range of -80 ℃ to 200 ℃.
3. Can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions, Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
4. Use Teflon + FV rubber cock or discharge valve, and "O" ring with TFE protective layer to enhance sealing and corrosion resistance.
5. Stirring motor using frequency control mode, Speed range 50~ 500rpm, stable speed.
6. Using mechanical sealing, stirring shaft for stainless steel outsourcing PTFE, push type Impeller, corrosion resistance.
7. Equipped with a side discharge valve without liquid accumulation, which is convenient for material discharge.
Principle
The Reaction Kettle adjusts the temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer of the double-decked kettle body. The Rotation speed of the stirring motor is adjusted by the frequency converter to control the mixing of materials. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state as needed, and the material can be evenly dripped through a constant pressure funnel or a regulating valve on the feeding bottle. The steam generated during the reaction can be heat exchanged through a condenser to realize distillation recovery.
Applications
Material synthesis, distillation, condensing, etc
Steps
1. Check whether the components of the equipment are connected in good condition to ensure sealing.
2. According to the experimental requirements, circulate the required temperature into the jacket.
3. If negative pressure operation is required, connect the vacuum pump to pump the kettle to the required Vacuum Level.
4. Add the reaction material through the feeding port or the solid feeding port.
5. Start the variable frequency speed stirring motor and set the required Rotation speed.
6. Acceleration of the drip of the material is controlled by the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle.
7. During the reaction, the product can be recovered by distillation through a condenser.
8. After the reaction, turn off the heating/chilling down circulation system, stirring and vacuum system.
9. Release the material in the kettle through the side discharge valve.
Notice
Please read the instructions carefully before use to ensure that the operation is within the allowable range of equipment specifications, especially temperature, pressure and Vacuum Level.
● The temperature difference between the inside and outside of the jacket should not exceed 90 ° C to prevent the Glass from cracking due to thermal stress.
● Ensure that all grinds and flange joints are well sealed, and be sure to check the vacuum sealing before negative pressure operation.
● Mechanical impact on Glass parts should be avoided during feeding and operation.
● When using corrosion materials, pay attention to check the corrosion resistance of relevant sealing parts and components.
● Use a suitable detergent when cleaning, and avoid using sharp tools to scratch the Glass surface.
● The power supply of the equipment is 220-240V~, 50/60HZ, please ensure that the power supply matches.
When maintaining or decommissioning for a long time, please clean the inside of the equipment and store it properly.
