Overview
GR-100EX explosion-proof double-decked Glass Reaction Kettle is a equipment produced by GREATWALL for material synthesis, distillation, condensing and other experiments. The kettle body has an inner and outer structure, which can adjust the material temperature in the kettle by injecting circulating liquid into the interlayer, and can work under normal or negative pressure conditions.
Features
1. Made of high borosilicate Glass, it has excellent physical and chemical performance.
2. Operating temperature range is wide, can be used in -80 ℃ to 200 ℃.
3. Can work under normal pressure and negative pressure conditions, Vacuum Level can reach 0.095 MPa, and the pressure range in the kettle is -0.1 MPa to 0 MPa.
4. The key sealing parts are made of Teflon + FV rubber cock or discharge valve, and "O" ring with TFE protective layer.
5. Adopt frequency conversion speed regulation, stirring Speed range is 50~ 500rpm.
6. With explosion-proof function, Explosion-proof level is Exd ⅱ BT4.
7. Using mechanical sealing, Impeller for the push type, stirring shaft for stainless steel outer PTFE.
8. Equipped with a side discharge valve without liquid accumulation, which is convenient for material discharge.
Principle
The Reaction Kettle adjusts the temperature of the material in the kettle by injecting a circulating liquid at a certain temperature into the interlayer of the double-decked kettle body. The kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state through a vacuum pump to meet the experimental conditions. The material can be evenly added dropwise through a constant pressure funnel or a feeding bottle, and the reaction product is recovered by distillation using the heat exchange function of the condenser.

Steps
1. Check whether the components of the equipment are well connected.
2. According to the experimental requirements, inject circulating liquid into the interlayer to set the temperature.
3. If negative pressure conditions are required, connect the vacuum pump to pump the kettle to the required Vacuum Level.
4. Control the uniform dripping of materials through the constant pressure funnel or the regulating valve on the feeding bottle.
5. Start the variable frequency speed motor and set the appropriate stirring Rotation speed.
6. During the reaction, the condenser is used for distillation recovery.
7. After the reaction is completed, the material is discharged through the discharge valve on the side without liquid accumulation.
Notice
● Power supply voltage 220-240V~, 50/60HZ before use.
The operating pressure shall not exceed the specified range (vacuum or normal pressure).
● Operating temperature and the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the jacket shall not exceed the rated value (-80~ 200 ℃, temperature difference 90 ℃).
● Ensure that the explosion-proof environment meets the requirements of Exd ⅱ BT4 level.
● Pay attention to the correct connection and sealing of each standard grinding port and flange port during feeding and operation.
Regularly check the status of key components such as mechanical sealing.
