Principle
The equipment adopts single-stage compression fractional condensation refrigeration technology. Its core is a self-developed full-series combined heat exchanger. The heat exchanger is a series structure of the outer coil of the coil evaporator, which consists of a multi-stage condensing inner tube of the evaporation outer tube and its inner cavity. Through a Compressor driving a multi-stage refrigeration cycle, the phase change characteristics of the mixed refrigerant under different pressures are used to condense and evaporate step by step in the series heat exchanger, so as to achieve ultra-low temperature below -100 ° C.

Steps
1. Ensure that the device is placed in a place with an Ambient Temperature of 5~ 25 ° C, and connected to a power supply of 3~ 380V, 50Hz.
2. Set the target temperature (range -100~ -60 ° C) through the buttons of the operation panel.
3. Start the device and monitor operating status parameters (such as temperature) through the digital display.
4. The reactants are placed in Tank (volume 30L, opening dimensions φ 320mm), the maximum can be placed 10000ml flask.
5. After the equipment reaches the set temperature, the thermostatic stirring reaction operation can be carried out.
