Principle
The equipment adopts single-stage compression fractional condensation refrigeration technology. Its core is a self-developed coil-type evaporator with a series heat exchanger of outer coil and coil. The heat exchanger consists of an evaporating outer tube and a multi-stage condensing inner tube in its inner cavity. Through a Compressor driving a multi-stage refrigeration cycle, using the fractional condensation characteristics of mixed refrigerants under different pressures, heat exchange is carried out step by step in the series heat exchanger to achieve ultra-low temperature refrigeration.
Steps
1. Ensure that the device is placed in Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 25 ° C) and connected to a 3~ 380V, 50Hz power supply.
2. Set the required temperature (range -120 ° C to -60 ° C) through the key input on the device panel.
3. Start the device and monitor operating status parameters such as temperature through the digital display.
4. Place the reactants in Tank (volume 10L, maximum can be placed 3000ml flask) for stirring reaction.

• Equipment Ambient Temperature should be strictly controlled between 5 ℃ and 25 ℃.
• The power requirements are 3~ 380V, 50Hz, and the power supply needs to be matched.
