DHJF-3010 Thermostatic agitation bath is a laboratory equipment produced by GREATWALL. It is mainly used to replace dry ice and liquid nitrogen for low temperature reaction. It can chill down and heat reaction vessels such as flasks, beakers and testtubes. The equipment is suitable for scientific research institutes, university laboratories and enterprise laboratories.

Principle
The device precisely adjusts the temperature of the bath liquid in the Tank through the built-in Compressor refrigeration system and the PID temperature controller. At the same time, the stirrer is driven by the fully enclosed Magnetic Stirrer to keep the temperature of the bath liquid and the material in the reaction vessel uniform. The heating function is realized through the electric heating element, so that the thermostatic reaction is carried out within the set Temperature range.

Steps
1. Place the device at Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 25 ° C) and connect it to a 220V~ 240V~, 50Hz power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of bath liquid into the tank through the liquid discharge port under the Tank.
3. Place the reaction vessel that needs to be thermostatic (up to 3000ml flask) in the Tank, and reduce the refrigerant loss through the adjustable diameter slot cover.
4. Use the digital panel to set the desired temperature (range -30 to 99 ° C).
5. Turn on the magnetic stirring function to ensure that the temperature of the reaction material is uniform. For more uniform stirring, two-stage stirring can be equipped.
6. Accessories such as Burette or external Sensor can be installed with an external attachment holder.
7. After the reaction is completed, turn off the power supply of the equipment, and replace or drain the bath liquid through the discharge port.
