Overview
DHJF-3030 Thermostatic Stirring Reaction Bath is a laboratory equipment produced by GREATWALL, which is mainly used to replace dry ice and liquid nitrogen for low temperature reaction. The equipment has chill down and heating functions, and is suitable for precise thermostatic control of reaction vessels such as flasks, beakers and testtubes. Principle
The device precisely cools and heats the bath liquid in the Tank through the built-in refrigeration system (using brand Compressor and R22 refrigerant) and heating system (Heating power 2450W). At the same time, the stirrer is driven by the fully enclosed Magnetic Stirrer to make the bath temperature uniform, and the set temperature is maintained through the PID intelligent Control system, so as to provide a constant low temperature or high temperature environment for the reaction vessel immersed in it.

Steps
1. Place the device at Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 25 ° C) and connect it to a 220V~ 240V~, 50Hz power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of bath liquid through the liquid discharge port under the Tank.
3. Set the required temperature through the digital panel (range -30 to 99 ° C).
4. Put the reaction vessel containing the sample (up to 10000ml flask) into the Tank through the adjustable diameter slot cover.
5. Start the Magnetic Stirrer as required, and optionally with secondary stirring.
6. Install Accessories such as Burette or External Sensor with an external attachment holder.
7. The device starts to work and maintains the set temperature through the PID Control system.
8. After use, the bath liquid can be replaced or emptied through the drain.

• Please ensure that the device operates at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 25 ° C).
• Power supply voltage is 220V~ 240V~ 50Hz before use.
• The diameter of the groove cover can be adjusted according to the size of the container to reduce the loss of refrigerant.
