DHJF-4010 Thermostatic Stirring Reaction Bath is a laboratory equipment produced by GREATWALL, which is mainly used to replace dry ice and liquid nitrogen for low temperature reaction. It has the functions of chilling down and heating, and is suitable for various reaction vessels such as flasks, beakers and testtubes. Principle
Through the built-in Compressor refrigeration system and electric heating system, combined with PID intelligent temperature control technology, the equipment realizes precise control of the temperature of the bath liquid in the Tank. At the same time, the stirrer in the reaction vessel is driven by the fully enclosed Magnetic Stirrer to evenly heat or chill down the bath liquid and the reaction material to achieve the purpose of thermostatic reaction.

Steps
1. Place the device at Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 25 ° C) and connect it to a 220V~ 240V~, 50Hz power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of bath liquid through the liquid discharge port under the Tank.
3. Use the digital panel to set the desired temperature (range -40 to 99 ° C).
4. Put the reaction vessel containing the material (up to 3000ml flask) into the Tank, and adjust the diameter of the groove cover to reduce the loss of refrigerant.
5. Place the stirrer as needed and start the magnetic stirring.
6. If you need an external Sensor or Burette, you can install it with an external attachment holder.
7. The device starts to work and keeps the temperature stable through PID control (Fluctuation +/- 0.2 ° C).
8. After use, the bath liquid can be discharged through the discharge port.
Notice
• Equipment Ambient Temperature should be kept between 5~ 25 ℃.
• Power supply voltage is 220V~ 240V~ 50Hz before use.
• Tank Maximum capacity and allowable flask size (up to 3000ml).
• Please adjust the groove cover during operation to reduce refrigerant volatilization.
• When changing the bath liquid, please use the special drain port under the tank.
• The total Power of the equipment is large (2420W), please ensure the safety of the power supply line.
• Do not block the pump inlet and outlet while the equipment is running to maintain a 20L/min Flow rate and a pressure of 0.4bar.
The equipment is relatively heavy (84kg), so it is necessary to pay attention to safety when moving.
