Overview
DHJF-8002 horizontal low temperature (thermostatic) stirring reaction bath is a laboratory equipment produced by GREATWALL, which can replace dry ice and liquid nitrogen for low temperature reaction. It is mainly used in reaction vessels such as chill down, heating flasks, beakers and testtubes. This product is suitable for scientific research institutes, university laboratories and enterprise laboratories.

Principle
The device precisely chills down the bath (refrigerant) in the Tank to the set temperature (-80~ 10 ° C) through the built-in Compressor refrigeration system combined with the PID temperature controller. At the same time, the stirrer in the Tank is driven by the fully enclosed Magnetic Stirrer to make the bath temperature uniform. Users can place the reaction vessel in the Tank and use a uniform low-temperature bath environment for chemical reactions, sample chilling down or thermostatic experiments.

Steps
Place the device at a Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 25 ° C) and connect it to a 220-240V~, 50Hz power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of bath liquid through the liquid discharge port under the Tank.
3. Use the digital panel to set the desired temperature.
4. Put the reaction vessel (up to 500ml flask) into the Tank through the adjustable diameter slot cover.
5. Turn on the magnetic stirring function to ensure that the temperature of the bath is uniform.
6. If an external Sensor or Burette is required, it can be installed using the configured external attachment holder.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power of the equipment, and the bath liquid can be discharged through the discharge port.
Notice
• Equipment Ambient Temperature should be in the range of 5~ 25 ℃.
• Power supply voltage needs to match 220-240V~, 50Hz.
• The maximum flask capacity is 500ml, please do not overload.
• When changing the bath liquid, please use the liquid port under the tank to operate.
• Pay attention to adjusting the diameter of the groove cover during operation to reduce the loss of refrigerant.
• Device weight is 68kg, pay attention to safety when moving.
• Do not start the cooling function without adding or insufficient bath liquid.
