Overview
DHJF-8005 Thermostatic Stirring Reaction Bath is a laboratory equipment produced by GREATWALL. It is mainly used in reaction vessels such as chill down, heating flasks, beakers and testtubes. It can replace dry ice and liquidnitrogen for low temperature reaction. It is suitable for scientific research institutes, university laboratories and enterprise laboratories.

Principle
Through the built-in Compressor refrigeration system and PID temperature controller, the device can accurately chill down or heat the bath liquid in the tank to the set temperature. At the same time, the stirrer in the reaction vessel is driven by the fully enclosed Magnetic Stirrer to make the temperature of the bath liquid in the tank and the material in the container uniform.

Steps
Place the device at a Permissible Ambient Temperature (5~ 25 ° C) and connect it to a 220-240V, 50Hz power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of bath liquid through the liquid discharge port under the Tank.
3. According to the size of the reaction vessel, adjust the diameter of the groove cover to reduce the loss of refrigerant.
4. Use the digital panel to set the desired temperature (range -80 to 99 ° C).
5. Put the reaction vessel containing the stirrer into the Tank and start the magnetic stirring.
6. To install a Burette or an external Sensor, a configured external mount mount can be used.
7. After the reaction is completed, turn off the power supply of the equipment and replace or drain the bath liquid through the discharge port.
Notice
• Equipment Ambient Temperature should be between 5~ 25 ℃.
• Power supply voltage (220-240V~, 50Hz).
• The maximum flask capacity is 2000ml, please do not overload.
• When changing the bath liquid, please operate through the liquid port under the tank.
• Please pay attention to the adjustment of the diameter of the groove cover during operation to reduce the loss of refrigerant.
• The total power of the equipment is 3160W, please ensure that the load capacity of the power supply line is sufficient.
