Overview
DLSB-100/30 Cryogenic coolant circulating pump is a large-capacity refrigeration equipment produced by GREATWALL. It uses Compressor refrigeration and provides cold source through circulating pump transportation function. It can be used to chill down testtubes, reaction bottles, etc., to meet the conditions of low temperature reaction or storage; it can also be used for chilling down of various industrial equipment. It can also be used with Rotary evaporator, vacuum freeze drying oven and other supporting devices.
Features

Principle
The equipment compresses the refrigerant (R404A) for compression cycle refrigeration to cool the chilled down liquid in the liquid storage tank. The built-in circulation pump pumps the low-temperature chilled down liquid out of the liquid storage tank and transports it to the equipment or reaction vessel that needs to be chilled down through the external circulation pipeline. After absorbing heat, it is returned to the liquid storage tank to chill down again, forming a continuous closed-loop chill down cycle.

Steps
1. Check whether the equipment power supply (3~, 380V, 50Hz) and Ambient Temperature (5~ 25 ℃) meet the requirements.
2. Add an appropriate amount of chilling down medium to the reservoir.
3. Connect the external circulation lines that need to be chilled down.
4. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature by pressing the button (-30~ 10 ° C).
5. Start the refrigeration and circulation pumps, and the equipment starts working.
6. After use, turn off the circulating pump and refrigeration system in turn, and finally turn off the total power supply.
Notice
• Equipment Ambient Temperature should be kept between 5~ 25 ℃.
• Power supply voltage is 380V, 50Hz before use.
• Please select the appropriate working point according to the cooling capacity of the equipment Linear dispersion.
• Regularly check the chilled down liquid level and piping connection to ensure no leakage.
• Device weight up to 300kg, handling and placement to ensure that the ground is flat and stable.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the internal parts of the equipment.
