Overview
The DLSB-200/30 Cryogenic coolant circulating pump is a equipment produced by GREATWALL that is suitable for larger detection experiments that need to maintain low temperature conditions. It uses deionized water as the circulating chill down liquid, and is an Air-Cooled product designed for the main engine and the thermal insulation liquid storage tank. It can provide low temperature conditions for large and expensive experimental equipment.

Principle
The equipment transports the low-temperature chilled down liquid in the thermal insulation liquid storage tank to the cold equipment through the circulation pump, and uses the refrigeration unit to maintain the low temperature of the chilled down liquid, thereby providing a continuous low temperature environment for the external equipment.

Steps
1. Add deionized water to the thermal insulation storage tank as the chilling down liquid.
2. Connect the device power supply (3~, 380V, 50Hz).
3. Set the required temperature through the control panel (Temperature range: -30~ 10 ℃).
4. Start the equipment, the circulating pump starts to work, and the low-temperature chilled down liquid is transported to the cold equipment.
5. During the operation of the equipment, monitor the temperature Stability （ +/- 2 ° C) and the status of various protection functions.

• Please use deionized water as a circulating chilling down liquid to prevent contamination and scaling.
• The Permissible Ambient Temperature of the equipment is 5~ 25 ℃, please ensure that it is operated in a suitable environment.
• Power supply voltage requirement is 3~, 380V, 50Hz.
• Device weight is 450kg, please pay attention to safety when moving and installing.
Do not exceed the tank volume (200L) and pump pressure rating (2.2 bar).
