Overview
The DLSB-500/30 Cryogenic coolant circulating pump is a device produced by GREATWALL for larger inspection experiments that need to maintain low temperature conditions. It adopts an Air-Cooled design, and the main machine and the thermal insulation liquid storage tank are made separately. It can provide low temperature conditions for large and valuable experimental equipment such as high-purity metal purification, environment laboratory and magnetron sputtering.
Features
1. Use deionized water as a circulating chilling down liquid to prevent pollution and scaling.
2. Air-Cooled design saves water resources.
3. The host and the thermal insulation liquid storage tank are made separately, which is convenient for adding chilled down liquid.
4. Adopt international professional-level refrigeration units.
5. With overvoltage protection, overheating protection, overcurrent protection and other protective functions.
6. The circulation system adopts 304 stainless steel, which is anti-corrosion, anti-rust and anti-low temperature liquid pollution.
7. Equipped with control parameter locking function.
8. It works well with the Reaction Kettle of 300 liters to 1000 liters.
Principle
The equipment transports the low-temperature chilled down liquid in the thermal insulation liquid storage tank to the cooling equipment through the circulation pump to provide continuous low-temperature conditions for the equipment. The refrigeration unit is responsible for cooling the chilled down liquid to the set temperature and maintaining the temperature stability.
Applications
Larger testing experiments in the fields of chemistry, biology, Food processing, metallurgy, chemical industry, Universities & colleges, laboratories of scientific research institutes, purification of high-purity metals and rare substances, environment laboratories, magnetron sputtering, vacuum coating equipment
Notice
