Overview
The HWCL-1 thermostatic magnetic stirring bath is a laboratory equipment produced by GREATWALL, which combines thermostatic heating and magnetic stirring functions. It can be used as both a water bath and an oil bath. The built-in strong magnetic stirring mechanism heats the solution evenly in the bath, and is suitable for experimental scenarios that require precise temperature control and uniform stirring.

Principle
The device heats the medium (water or oil) in the bath through an electric heater, and realizes accurate temperature control through a PID temperature Control system. At the same time, the built-in magnetic stirring mechanism of the device drives the magnetic stirrer swirl/spin in the bath, thereby driving the solution in the bath to swirl/spin synchronously to achieve uniform heating and stirring.

Chemical synthesis, biopharmaceutical, material science, analysis and testing of laboratory thermostatic heating and stirring reaction.
Steps
1. According to the experimental requirements, add an appropriate amount of water or oil to the bath as the heating medium.
2. Put the reaction vessel (such as flask) into the bath and put a suitable magnetic stirrer into the vessel.
3. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
4. Set the required temperature value by pressing the button.
5. Rotation speed is set by knob.
6. The equipment starts to work, heating and stirring, and automatically remains thermostatic after reaching the set temperature.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power switch and unplug the power plug.
Notice
• Please use a power supply that matches the device's Rated voltage (1~, 110V, 60Hz or 220V-240V, 50/60Hz).
• The medium level in the bath should be appropriate to avoid dry burning.
• When operating at high temperature, please pay attention to prevent burns.
• Do not touch the internal heating parts or stirring mechanism when the equipment is working.
Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply and wait for it to completely chill down.
• Up to 500ml flask can be placed, please do not overload.
Equipment should be placed on a smooth, ventilated countertop for use.
