Principle
The device heats the medium (water or oil) in the bath through the built-in heater, and realizes precise temperature control through the PID temperature Control system. At the same time, the magnetic stirring mechanism at the bottom of the device generates a swirl/spin magnetic field, which drives the magnetic stirrer placed in the bath to synchronize the swirl/spin, so as to stir the solution in the bath or in the reaction vessel to achieve uniform heating and mixing.

Steps
1. Place the device on a stable countertop and connect it to the power supply.
2. According to the experimental requirements, add an appropriate amount of water or oil to the bath as the heating medium.
3. Place the reaction vessel (e.g. flask) containing the sample into the bath and place the appropriate magnetic stirrer into the vessel.
4. Turn on the power switch.
5. Rotation speed is set by knob.
6. By pressing the button to enter the set target temperature, the device will start heating and temperature control.
7. For the HWCL-3 model, the bath temperature or the temperature inside the reaction vessel can be switched through the function keys.
8. After the experiment, turn off the power supply and clean up after the equipment is chilled down.
Notice
• Make sure the equipment is placed on a smooth, ventilated countertop for use.
• The liquid level of the heating medium (water or oil) added should be appropriate to avoid too full or too little.
• Do not dry the heating device without medium or insufficient medium in the bath.
• Please place the appropriate reaction vessel according to the size and parameters of the bath (e.g. maximum 3000ml flask can be placed) to avoid overloading.
When the equipment is working and has just stopped working, the temperature of the bath and medium may be very high. Please do not touch it directly and be careful of burns.
Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply and wait for it to completely chill down.
