Overview
The thermostatic magnetic stirring bath HWCL-5 is a laboratory thermostatic heating and stirring equipment produced by GREATWALL. It can be used as a water bath or an oil bath. The bath is equipped with a strong magnetic stirring function. The stirrer swirl/spin is driven by the magnetic stirring mechanism to make the solution in the bath evenly heated.
Features
1. The heating device made of 304 stainless steel is used.

Principle
The equipment heats the medium (water or oil) in the bath through the heater, and precisely controls the temperature through the PID controller. At the same time, the built-in magnetic stirring mechanism drives the high-performance DC brushless motor to work, driving the magnetic stirrer placed in the bath to synchronize the swirl/spin, so as to realize the forced convection and stirring of the solution in the bath to ensure uniform temperature distribution.
Applications
Laboratory thermostatic heating and stirring reaction
Steps
1. Add water or oil to the Tank as heating medium according to demand.
2. Put the container that needs to be heated into the bath, and put a suitable stirrer in the container.
3. Turn on the power supply and select 110V or 220V-240V input according to the power specification.
4. Set the required temperature by pressing the button and confirm it through the digital display.
5. Rotation speed is set by knob.
6. Start the equipment and start heating and stirring.
7. The temperature of the bath or the temperature in the reaction vessel can be viewed on the digital display through function switching.
Notice
* Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage meets the equipment requirements (1~, 110V, 60Hz or 220V-240V, 50/60Hz).
* The medium level in the bath should be appropriate to ensure that it can immerse the heating device and the bottom of the heating container.
* Choose the appropriate medium (water bath or oil bath) according to the upper heating temperature.
* When placing the stirrer, make sure it can swirl/spin freely at the bottom of the container.
When the equipment is working, the temperature of the bath and medium is high, so do not touch it directly to prevent burns.
* Do not dry the heating device without medium or too little medium in the bath.
* The maximum flask capacity is 5000ml, please do not overload.
* After use, please turn off the power supply and wait for the device to chill down before cleaning or moving.
