Overview
CT-2000L cold trap is a low temperature capture equipment produced by GREATWALL, mainly used to capture water vapor and harmful gases discharged from Vacuum oven or vacuum condensing device, which can effectively improve the working efficiency of the vacuum obtaining device and prolong its service life.
Features
1. Can be used for capacitor, battery pole piece, battery core drying system.
2. It can be used as a pre-freezing tank and a low-temperature tank.
3. The temperature display adopts digital, which is convenient for observing the temperature of the chilled down liquid in the cold trap tank and opening the vacuum acquisition device in time.
4. The cold trap is made of 304 stainless steel, which can be used for aqueous solution and ethanol solution experiments; Glass condenser can be used for acid solution and organic solvent experiments.
5. Equipped with a drain valve for easy discharge of the collected liquid.
Principle
The equipment chills down the refrigerant in the cold trap tank to a set low temperature (up to -80 ° C) through the refrigeration system. When the airflow containing water vapor or harmful gases passes through the low temperature cold trap, the components in the gas are cold condensed or cured, and thus trapped in the cold trap to purify the gas and protect the downstream vacuum device.
