Overview
CT-5000H cold traps are produced by GREATWALL and are mainly used to capture water vapor and harmful gases discharged from Vacuum ovens or vacuum condensing devices, aiming to improve the working efficiency of vacuum acquisition devices and extend their service life.
Features
1. Can be used in capacitor, battery pole piece, battery core drying system.
2. It can be used as a pre-freezing tank and a low-temperature tank.
3. Temperature Display mode adopts digital, easy to observe the temperature of the chilled down liquid in the cold trap tank, and timely open the vacuum acquisition device.
The cold trap is made of 304 stainless steel, which can be used for aqueous solution and ethanol solution experiments. Glass condenser can be used for acid solution and organic solvent experiments.
5. Equipped with a drain valve for easy discharge of the collected liquid.
Principle
This cold trap chills down the medium in the Tank to a set low temperature (up to -40 ° C) through its internal refrigeration system. When airflow containing water vapor or harmful gases passes through the cold trap, these gas components are cooled and condensed or cured, thus being trapped, preventing it from entering and damaging the vacuum acquisition device downstream.
Applications
Capacitor, battery pole piece, battery core drying system, vacuum drying, reduced pressure condensing, pre-freezing, low temperature experiment
Standards
The data did not mention specific compliance criteria.
Steps
The information does not provide specific operation steps.
Notice
* It is recommended to use under the conditions of Ambient Temperature 5~ 25 ℃ and environment relative humidity ≤ 65%.
* Power supply voltage is 220V, 50Hz before use.
* Equipment with delay, leakage, overcurrent, overheating and other Safety protection functions, but still need to standardize the operation.
Select the appropriate cold trap configuration (e.g. Glass condenser) according to the experimental requirements (e.g. water system, acid solution or organic solvent).
Pay attention to the upper limit of the dehumidification capacity of the equipment (maximum 4kg water system) and the output cooling capacity at each temperature.
When draining the collection fluid, use the drain valve provided with the equipment.
