Overview
GREATWALL ZT-50-200-80H closed refrigeration heating cycle device is a circulation device that can provide heat or cold sources. Its wide working interval can be used in chemical, biological and other industries to provide heat and cold sources for Reaction Kettle, tank and other equipment.

9. According to user requests, two pre-cooling models, Air-Cooled and Water-Cooled, can be provided.
Principle
The device integrates the pre-cooling system, refrigeration system and heating system to form a fully enclosed circulation loop. The system drives the heat transfer fluid to circulate in the loop and flow through the controlled temperature equipment (such as Reaction Kettle) for heat exchange. Through precise control of refrigeration or Heating power, the temperature of the controlled equipment can be quickly raised and stabilized.

Steps
1. Check the Appearance of the equipment and whether the connecting pipeline is in good condition.
2. Select Air-Cooled or Water-Cooled pre-cooling mode according to your needs (if optional).
3. Fill the system with the appropriate heat transfer fluid and ensure that the liquid level is sufficient through the liquid level display function.
4. Connect the power supply (3~ 380V, 50Hz).
5. Set the target temperature (range -80 ° C to 200 ° C) and control parameters.
6. Start the equipment, and the system will automatically run refrigeration, heating or combined mode for temperature control.
7. By observing the operating status and parameters of the equipment, ensure that the temperature is stable at the set value (Fluctuation +/- 0.5 ° C).
8. After use, turn off the device according to the procedures.

• Ensure that the thermal fluid level in the circulation system is sufficient to avoid dry operation.
When the equipment is running, do not touch high or low temperature parts to prevent burns or frostbite.

• Device weight is large (465kg), handling and installation need to ensure stability.
