Overview
The RHJS-20 solvent recovery device is produced by GREATWALL and is mainly used to reduce used organic solvents into new solvents for recycling. The device is suitable for the recovery of alkanes, aromatics, ketones, ethers, alcohols, nitrogen-containing compounds, sulfur-containing compounds and other organic gases.
Features
1. Save costs and realize the recycling of organic solvents.
2. Contribute to the protection of the environment and personal health.
3. Suitable for recovery of various types of organic solvents.
Principle
The device uses technologies such as vacuuming and low temperature (optional) condensation to recover gaseous or volatile organic solvents and reduce them to liquid solvents for reuse.
Applications
Petrochemicals, Coatings, Artificial Leather, Electronic Products, Painted Gold Jewelry, Sports Equipment, Plastic Products, Precision Casting
Steps
1. Make sure that the power supply voltage of the device is 220-240V~, 50Hz, and connect the power supply.
2. It is recommended to operate under the conditions of Ambient Temperature ≤ 25 ℃ and environment relative humidity ≤ 60%.
3. Connect the solvent system to be recovered to the device.
4. Start the device and use its pumping and condensing functions for solvent recovery.
5. After the recovery is complete, turn off the device and disconnect it.
