Overview
R-1001LN Rotary evaporator is produced by GREATWALL and is suitable for evaporation, distillation and separation of chemicals. The instrument can be combined with circulating water multi-purpose vacuum pump, circulating chill down device and other supporting systems to meet production and experimental conditions.

Principle
Rotary evaporator drives the swirl/spin bottle in a constant temperature water bath at a uniform speed swirl/spin, so that the material in the bottle forms a large area uniform film, and at the same time, under vacuum conditions, the evaporated solvent is rapidly condensed and recovered through the condensation system, so as to achieve efficient evaporation, distillation and separation.
Applications

Steps
1. Install swirl/spin bottles, collection bottles and other components correctly on the instrument.
2. Add an appropriate amount of water or Miscellaneous heating medium to the bath.
3. Set the desired bath temperature through the button, and set the required Rotation speed through the knob.
4. Add the material to be processed into the swirl/spin bottle.
5. Start the instrument, adjust the swirl/spin bottle to the appropriate height and adjust the tilt angle.
6. Turn on the vacuum system and start the evaporation, distillation or separation process.
7. After the experiment, turn off the heating, swirl/spin and vacuum systems in turn, and remove the material after the instrument is chilled down and cleaned.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the instrument is well grounded and check whether the connection parts are sealed.
• Please operate the instrument within the Operating Environment temperature range (5~ 35 ℃).
• Please pay attention to the safety of operation when lifting the swirl/spinning bottle to avoid collision.
• The instrument has the functions of overcurrent protection, ground fault protection and over-temperature protection. In case of abnormality, please check the power failure in time.
• Do not turn on the heating function when there is no water in the bath or the heating medium is insufficient.
When handling different materials, choose the appropriate temperature and Vacuum Level according to their characteristics.
• When cleaning the instrument, please disconnect the power supply to avoid liquid entering the electrical part.
