Overview
JB100-SH electric power Stirrer is a laboratory medium and low-speed Stirrer developed by QIWEI. The design is simple, beautiful, small and exquisite, and adopts a humanized operation interface to meet the experimental needs. The motor is composed of a series motor and a low-noise deceleration mechanism. It is equipped with a microcomputer digital speed control instrument. It has the characteristics of high output power, low noise, reliable operation, smooth speed regulation, and convenient use. It is suitable for scientific research and production enterprises such as heavy industry, light industry, chemical industry, and scientific equipment.
Features
1. Metal fixing clip: metal fixing frame, strong and durable, firmly fixed to prevent falling
2. Alloy chuck: self-locking drill bit clip, easy to fix Impeller, anti-peeling can be equipped with 0.1~ 10mm stirringrod
3. Metal base: metal base with non-slip gasket
4. Overload protection: motor spare fuse, you can replace the fuse yourself
Principle
The Stirrer drives the main engine through a series motor and a low-noise deceleration mechanism, and combines a microcomputer-type digital display speed control instrument to achieve smooth speed regulation and reliable operation. It is suitable for the needs of low-speed Stirring in the laboratory.
Applications
Heavy industry, light industry, chemical industry, technology and other scientific research and production enterprises
Steps
1. Stirrer with metal clamps
2. Install Impeller through alloy chuck to ensure anti-peeling
3. Connect the power supply and start the device
4. Set the speed through LCD display and digital display speed regulation
5. Adjust Stir parameters for experiments as needed
Notice
• Make sure the metal fixing clip is firmly fixed to prevent falling
• When using alloy chucks, pay attention to the diameter range of stirringrod 0.1~ 10mm
• The metal base needs to be placed smoothly, and the anti-skid gasket is used to prevent skid.
• Check and replace fuses when overloaded to ensure safe operation
• Follow the rated voltage of 220V and the frequency of 50Hz to avoid overload operation
