The R-1010EX large Rotary evaporator is produced by GREATWALL. It is a large-capacity, large-diameter swirl/spin evaporation equipment with a large evaporation area. The instrument places the swirl/spin bottle in the bath, heats the swirl/spin side, and cooperates with a decompression device to achieve effective evaporation of the solvent. It is suitable for pilot tests in biology, chemical industry, food and other fields. In order to meet the conditions of use in explosive gas environments, this model Rotary evaporator adopts a flameproof shell "d" protection design.
1. Adopt "Teflon + FV rubber, fluorinated rubber double sealing ring" technology to ensure the negative pressure index. 2. Equipped with an automatic switching valve, it can be continuously collected without affecting the negative pressure index of the system and solvent distillation. 3. Using Teflon discharge valve, corrosion resistance, no pollution. 4. The motor, heating device, and electrical control box are all explosion-proof, and the Explosion-proof level is DII BT4. 5. The electrical control box is installed independently for easy operation. 6. A protective cover is provided outside the bath to prevent burns. 7. The 304 bath is formed by one stretch, which is resistant to corrosion.
The rotary evaporator drives the swirl/spin bottle to swirl/spin in a constant temperature bath through a motor, while the heating bath heats the material in the swirl/spin bottle. Under the condition of system vacuuming, the boiling point of the solvent in the material is reduced, so that it evaporates quickly at a lower temperature. After the evaporated solvent vapor is condensed through the high-efficiency condenser pipe, it flows into the collection bottle and is recovered to realize the separation and condensation of the solvent.

1. Install and connect swirl/spin bottle, collection bottle, condenser and vacuum system. 2. Add an appropriate amount of heating medium to the bath. 3. Add the material to be processed into the swirl/spin bottle. 4. Turn on the chill down system (such as a circulating chill down device). 5. Start the vacuum pump and evacuate the system. 6. Set up and start bath heating. 7. Start the host and set the appropriate swirl/spin speed. 8. The distillation can be continuously collected through the automatic switching valve during the distillation process. 9. After the distillation, turn off the heating, swirl/spin, and vacuum in turn, and take out the product after the system returns to normal pressure.
