The R-1020 large Rotary evaporator is produced by GREATWALL and is a large-capacity, large-diameter swirl/spin evaporation equipment. It uses a swirl/spin bottle placed in the bath to heat while swirl/spin, and cooperates with a pressure-reducing device to achieve efficient solvent evaporation. It is suitable for pilot experiments in the fields of biology, chemical industry, food, etc. The instrument can be combined with a variety of equipment such as circulating water-type multi-purpose vacuum pumps, diaphragm vacuum pumps, and circulating chillers. To meet the needs of special environments, the product has also developed an explosion-proof model protected by a flameproof shell "d".
1. Adopt "Teflon + FV rubber, fluorinated rubber double sealing ring" technology to ensure negative pressure indicators. 2. Equipped with an automatic switching valve, it can be continuously collected without affecting the negative pressure of the system and solvent distillation. 3. The rotary evaporator immerses a large-capacity swirl/spin bottle in a constant temperature bath through an electric lifting mechanism, and swirl/spin is driven by a DC stepless speed motor. Under the combined action of heating and system decompression (vacuum), the swirl/spin bottle forms a large area of solvent in the bottle and evaporates quickly. The evaporated solvent vapor is efficiently condensed by a vertical main cooling + sub-cooling three-return condenser pipe and flows into the collection bottle to realize the separation and recovery of the solvent.

1. Place the instrument in a stable position and connect the vacuum, chill down and collection lines. 2. Add the material to be processed to the swirl/spin bottle and install it on the spindle of the instrument. 3. Drop the swirl/spin bottle into the bath and set the bath heating temperature and host swirl/spin speed as needed. 4. Start the vacuum system to achieve the required Operating Pressure. 5. Turn on the swirl/spin and heating functions to start the evaporation process. 6. During the distillation process, the distillate can be continuously collected through the automatic switching valve. 7. After the experiment, turn off the heating, swirl/spin and vacuum systems in turn, raise the swirl/spin bottle, discharge and clean.
