The R-1050 large Rotary evaporator is a large-capacity, large-diameter pilot equipment produced by GREATWALL. Its swirl/spin bottle is placed in a bath, heated while swirl/spin, and cooperates with a pressure-reducing device to achieve efficient solvent evaporation. 1. Adopt "Teflon + FV rubber, fluorinated rubber double sealing ring" technology to ensure negative pressure indicators. 2. Equipped with an automatic switching valve, the distillate can be continuously collected without affecting the negative pressure of the system and the distillation process. 3. The equipment drives a large-capacity swirl/spin bottle to swirl/spin at a uniform speed in the heating bath through a DC stepless speed regulation motor, so that the material in the bottle forms a large-area uniform film. At the same time, the system heats the material under reduced pressure, and the solvent evaporates quickly. The evaporated steam is efficiently condensed by a vertical main cooling + sub-cooling three-return condenser pipe, and flows into the collection bottle to realize the separation and recovery of the solvent.

1. Place the equipment in a stable and well-ventilated environment, connect the vacuum system, chill down circulation system and collection bottle. 2. Add the material to the swirl/spin bottle and ensure good sealing. 3. Turn on the chill down system to ensure that the condenser tube works normally. 4. Set the target temperature of the heating bath and start heating. 5. Start the swirl/spin motor and adjust to the desired Rotation speed. 6. Turn on the vacuum pump to enable the system to achieve the required negative pressure. 7. During the evaporation process, the distillate can be continuously collected through an automatic switching valve. 8. After the experiment, turn off the heating, swirl/spin, and vacuum in turn. After the system returns to normal pressure, turn off the chill down system and take out the product.
