The DL10-2000G cycle chill down device is a equipment produced by GREATWALL for chemical, biological and physical testing experiments that need to maintain low temperature conditions. It can be used in Food processing, Chemical and Universities & colleges or research institutes laboratories to provide stable low temperature chill down cycles for various instruments.
1. Adopt brand fully enclosed Compressor, low noise, high Reliability, to ensure long-term stable operation of the product. 2. Adopt domestic high-performance circulating pump or foreign imported high voltage vane pump, high voltage pump pump pressure can be adjusted, mass reliable. 3. Adopt a closed circulation system to effectively prevent the evaporation and pollution of the refrigerant and save resources. 4. An filtrating device is installed in the circulation pipeline to prevent blockage of the circulation pipeline. 5. Adopt chlorofluorocarbon-free, fluorine-free green and environmentally friendly refrigerant, meeting international environmental refrigerant standards. 6. Small size and beautiful appearance. 7. Equipped with a liquid level display tube, it can monitor the liquid level in the built-in liquid storage tank. 8. The refrigerant outlet is equipped with a pressure gauge to display the pressure of the refrigerant. 9. Specification models to meet user requests. 10. The left and right side panels are easy to disassemble and easy to maintain.
The circulating chill down device drives the refrigeration cycle through a fully enclosed Compressor and uses the environmentally friendly refrigerant R134a for refrigeration. The refrigeration system removes heat from the refrigerant in the built-in liquid storage tank to cool it down. Then, the circulating pump pumps out the cooled down refrigerant and sends it to external equipment (such as reactors, lasers, etc.) that needs to be cooled down through the external circulation interface. After absorbing the heat, it is returned to the liquid storage tank to form a closed circulating chill down circuit, thereby maintaining the low temperature working environment required by the external equipment.
Chemical and biological fields: atomic absorption, ICP\ ICP-MS, nuclear magnetic resonance, biological fermentation tank, chemical reactor (synthesizer), etc., material fields: electron microscopy, X-Rays diffraction, X fluorescence, magnetron sputtering, vacuum coating machine, laser, etc., Food processing, chemical industry, Universities & colleges, research institutes laboratories
International environmental refrigerant standards
1. Check whether the equipment Power supply voltage (220V, 50Hz) and environmental conditions (temperature 5~ 35 ℃, Humidity ≤ 70%) meet the requirements. 2. Confirm whether the refrigerant level in the storage tank is sufficient through the liquid level display tube. 3. Use a threaded connection (1/2 interface) to properly connect the external circulation line of the device to the external device that needs to be chilled down. 4. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device. 5. Set the required temperature on the digital temperature controller (Temperature range -10~ RT ℃ or -10~ 25 ℃). 6. Start the circulating pump, observe the output pressure of the refrigerant through the pressure gauge, and adjust the pump pressure as needed (range 1 to 10 bar). 7. The equipment starts to run, the Compressor starts to refrigerate, and the circulating pump continues to pump the cooled down refrigerant to the external equipment for cooling down. 8. Monitor the temperature display to ensure that the Temperature Stability is within the range of +/- 2 ° C. 9. After use, stop the external equipment first, and then turn off the circulating pump and power supply of the circulating chill down device.
• Equipment should operate at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 35 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 70%). • Power supply voltage is 220V, 50Hz before use. • Regularly check the liquid level of the storage tank through the liquid level display tube to ensure that the refrigerant is sufficient. • Pay attention to the pressure gauge of the refrigerant outlet to ensure that the pressure is within the normal range (maximum 10 bar). • The equipment has built-in safety protection functions (delay, overcurrent, overheating). In case of abnormal alarm, please check in time. • When performing equipment maintenance, the left and right side panels can be removed. Please be sure to disconnect the power supply before operation. • The filtrating device in the circulation pipeline needs to be checked or cleaned regularly to prevent blockage. • Please use a refrigerant that meets the requirements and ensure that the circulation system is closed to prevent volatilization and pollution. When moving or handling equipment, pay attention to its weight (86kg) to avoid dumping or collision.
