Overview
The DL30-1000 cycle chill down device is a low temperature cycle equipment produced by GREATWALL, which is suitable for chemical, biological and physical testing experiments that need to maintain low temperature conditions. The equipment adopts a closed circulation system to effectively prevent the evaporation of the refrigerant and is equipped with a variety of safety protection functions to ensure long-term stable operation.

Principle
The equipment drives the refrigeration cycle through a fully enclosed Compressor, using the environmentally friendly refrigerant R410a for heat exchange and taking the heat away to achieve cooling. The built-in circulation pump pumps the chilled down refrigerant from the liquid storage tank and transports it to the experimental equipment or reactor that needs to be chilled down through the external circulation interface. The heat-absorbing refrigerant is returned to the equipment to be chilled down again, forming a closed circulation chill down circuit.

Steps
1. Check the Power supply voltage (220V, 50Hz) and environmental conditions (Temperature 5~ 35 ℃, Humidity ≤ 70%).
2. Confirm that the refrigerant level in the liquid storage tank is sufficient through the liquid level display tube.
3. Connect the external circulation interface (1/2 thread) of the equipment to be chilled down correctly.
4. Turn on the power supply and set the required temperature according to the digital temperature display instrument (Temperature range -30~ RT ℃).
5. Start the equipment, observe the pressure gauge to display the refrigerant pressure, and ensure smooth circulation through the filtrate device.
6. During the operation of the equipment, monitor the temperature Stability ( +/- 2 ° C) and operating status.
7. After use, turn off the equipment according to the prescribed procedures.
Notice
• Please ensure that the device operates at the allowable Ambient Temperature (5~ 35 ° C) and relative humidity (≤ 70%).
• Please check the liquid level before use to ensure that the refrigerant is sufficient.
• When connecting the external circulation pipeline, please ensure that the interface (1/2 thread) is firmly connected to prevent leakage.
• The equipment is equipped with safety protection functions such as delay, overcurrent, and overheating. Please check in time if there is any abnormality.
• Regularly check the filtrating device of the circulating pipeline to prevent blockage from affecting the circulation.
• During maintenance, the left and right side panels can be removed, but they need to be carried out in a power-off state.
• Please use a refrigerant without fluorine (R410a) that meets international environmental standards.
