Overview
The DL-400 circulating chill down device is a well-designed and compact accessory made by GREATWALL for small Rotary evaporators. The device can be installed in Benchtop or Floor-Standing, which is convenient for users to configure flexibly according to the laboratory space.
Features
1. Circulation pipe nozzle can be 360 ° swirl/spin, easy to connect with supporting equipment.
2. The components in contact with the refrigerant are made of 304 stainless steel and polymer corrosion-resistant materials to ensure durability.
3. Refrigeration Compressor adopts brand products, reliable operation and long service life.
Principle
The DL-400 circulating chill down device works through the built-in refrigeration Compressor, chills down the refrigerant in the liquid storage tank to the set temperature (-15~ 25 ° C), and then pumps the chilled down refrigerant through the circulation pump, and flows through the equipment that needs to be chilled down (such as the condenser of the Rotary evaporator) for heat exchange.
Applications
Rotary evaporator chilled down
Standards
Power supply voltage: 220-240V~, 50Hz
Steps
1. Place the device on a stable countertop or floor and choose Benchtop or Floor-Standing for installation.
Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements (220-240V~, 50Hz).
3. Add an appropriate amount of refrigerant to the liquid storage tank.
4. Connect it to the chill down interface of the Rotary evaporator and other supporting equipment through the swirl/spin circulation pipe connector.
5. Turn on the power supply and set the desired chill down temperature (within the range of -15~ 25 ° C) on the control panel.
6. Start the equipment, refrigeration system, and circulating pump to work.
7. Monitor the operation of the equipment to ensure the normal operation of the chill down cycle.
Notice
• Power supply voltage within the range of 220-240V~ 50Hz required by the device.
Equipment should be placed in a stable, well-ventilated position.
• When adding refrigerant to the reservoir, do not exceed its 3L volume.
When connecting the circulating pipe, make sure that the interface is firm to prevent leakage.
• When the equipment is running, do not touch high temperature or moving parts such as Compressor.
• Regularly check the operating status of the equipment and the connecting pipes.
