Overview
The DHG-9030 electric thermostatic blast drying oven is a 30-liter volume laboratory drying equipment. The shell is welded with good steel plate and the surface is lame plated, and the liner is sprayed with high temperature resistant silver paint steel plate. The box door is equipped with a double-decked Glass observation window, and the room and the box door are sealed with heat-resistant silicone rubber or asbestos rope. Its operating parts such as power switches and temperature controllers are concentrated in the front of the box for easy use.

Principle
The heating thermostatic system of the drying oven consists of an electric heater, a temperature controller, a fan and an air duct structure. After the power is turned on, the fan starts at the same time, and the heat generated by the electric heater is discharged through the air duct. After the hot air flows through the drying items in the working room, it is sucked in by the fan to form a continuous circulation of air flow, so that the temperature in the working room is uniform and constant.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (220V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature (range 50~ 300 ° C) and timing time (1-9999min) through the temperature controller at the front of the box.
3. Start the equipment, and the fan and heating system start working.
4. Observe the inside of the box through the double-decked Glass observation window.
5. After reaching the set time or temperature, the equipment can automatically stop working or enter the holding state.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is consistent with equipment requirements (220V 50Hz).
When the equipment is working, the internal temperature of the box is high, do not directly touch the liner and heating parts.
• When placing items, do not block the exit and entrance of the air duct to ensure uniform temperature.
• Do not put flammable, explosive or volatile items in the box for drying.
• Regularly check whether the sealing strip of the box door is in good condition to ensure the thermal insulation effect.
• The device has a tracking alarm function. In case of abnormal alarm, please check the cause in time.
• Please disconnect the power supply when cleaning to avoid liquid entering the electrical part.
