Overview
The DHG-9070 electric thermostatic blast drying oven is a 70-liter volume laboratory drying equipment. The shell is welded with a good steel plate and the surface is lame plated. The inner chamber is a steel plate sprayed with high temperature silver powder paint, with a double-decked Glass observation window and a heat-resistant sealing structure. The device uses a microcomputer smart digital temperature control instrument with functions such as High Accuracy temperature control, suppression of temperature overshoot and tracking alarm.

Principle
The heating thermostatic system of the drying oven consists of an electric heater, a temperature controller, a fan and a suitable air duct structure. After the power is turned on, the fan works at the same time, and the heat generated by the electric heater is discharged through the air duct, flows through the items to be dried in the working room, and then is sucked in by the fan.
Applications
It is suitable for laboratories, scientific research, industrial and mining enterprises and other occasions that require drying, baking, heat treatment and other processes.
Steps
1. Place the drying oven in a stable and well ventilated position.
2. Turn on the power supply (220V 50Hz).
3. Set the required temperature (range: RT + 10~ 300 ° C) and timing time (range: 1~ 9999 minutes) through the temperature controller in front of the box.
4. Start the equipment, the fan and heater start working, and the equipment enters the automatic temperature control state.
5. The contents of the box can be observed through the double-decked Glass observation window.
6. After the set time is reached or the work is completed, turn off the power of the equipment and take out the items after the temperature in the box naturally chills down.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Do not place flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosion items in the box.
When putting in or taking out items, please pay attention to the high temperature to avoid burns.
When the equipment is working, do not look directly at the observation window for a long time to avoid strong light stimulation.
• Regularly check whether the sealing strip of the box door is in good condition to ensure the sealing performance.
• Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to cut off the power until the box is completely chilled down.
• Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair the equipment.
• If there is an abnormality in the equipment (such as alarm, odor, etc.), the power should be cut off immediately and a professional should be contacted to deal with it.
