DHG-9140A electric thermostatic blast drying oven is a drying equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc., suitable for drying, baking, melting wax, sterilizing and other purposes. The product adopts forced convection ventilation structure to ensure good Temperature uniformity in the working room.
Features
1. The studio adopts mirror stainless steel liner, corner arc transition design, easy to clean, shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded.
2. Adopt microcomputer intelligent LCD temperature control instrument, high accuracy, no overshoot, large-screen LCD display multiple sets of data on one screen, with temperature correction and timing functions.
3. Forced convection ventilation structure, which can adjust the air volume arbitrarily, the air duct structure is reasonable, and the indoor Temperature uniformity is good.
4. The box is made of good thin steel plate, the door and the box are made of silicone rubber sealing ring, and the sealing performance is good.
5. Equipped with a leakage protector and an auxiliary thermostat, it can still ensure the normal operation of the equipment when the main temperature control fails.
Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating system, and uses a built-in fan for forced convection ventilation to circulate hot air inside the studio, so as to achieve uniform and stable temperature control and achieve the purpose of drying and baking.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC 220V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature and timing time (1~ 9999min) through the microcomputer intelligent liquid crystal thermostat.
3. Adjust the air volume as required.
4. Put the items to be disposed of on the shelf in the studio.
5. Close the box door and start the device to work.
6. After the work is completed, remove the items and turn off the power.
Notice
Equipment is equipped with a leakage protector, please ensure that the ground is good.
• Do not use at Ambient Temperature outside the range of + 5~ 40 ℃.
• The main temperature control and the auxiliary temperature control work together, please do not disable the auxiliary temperature control function at will.
When cleaning the studio, pay attention to its mirror stainless steel liner and rounded corner design.
• When the equipment is running, do not switch the box door frequently to avoid affecting the Temperature uniformity.
• Please configure the appropriate power circuit according to the rated input Power (1600W) of the device.
