Overview
The SB-5200DTS is a dual-band Ultrasonic Cleaner with 25Khz and 45Khz Frequency options for different cleaning needs. Principle
The Ultrasonic Cleaner is controlled by a microcontroller software to generate high-frequency ultrasonic waves (25Khz or 45Khz) in the cleaning tank. Ultrasonic waves form dense tiny bubbles in the cleaning liquid and burst instantly (cavitation effect), generating an Impact force to disbonding stains on the surface of the object. At the same time, the device can heat the cleaning liquid to a set temperature (room temperature -80 ° C) to enhance the cleaning effect.

Steps
1. Add the cleaning liquid to the cleaning tank to the appropriate level.
2. Put the items to be cleaned into a special stainless steel mesh basket and place them in the tank.
3. Cover the bass cover.
4. Select the desired Ultrasound Frequency (25Khz or 45Khz) through the control panel.
5. Set the required cleaning temperature (room temperature -80 ° C).
6. Set the Cleaning Working time (1-600 minutes).
7. Start the device, the cleaning process begins, and the screen displays a countdown and real-time temperature.
8. After cleaning is completed, remove the items and use the drainage function to empty the cleaning liquid if necessary.

• Do not activate the ultrasonic and heating functions without cleaning liquid.
The cleaning fluid level should meet the requirements to avoid being too high or too low.
