Principle
The Ultrasonic Cleaner converts high-frequency electrical signals into high-frequency mechanical vibrations (ultrasonic waves) through its internal transducer, which generate dense tiny bubbles in the cleaning liquid and cause them to burst instantaneously (cavitation effect), generating an Impact force, thereby disbonding the stains attached to the surface of the object. At the same time, the equipment is equipped with a heating system, which can enhance the cleaning effect by heating up.

Steps
1. Add an appropriate amount of cleaning liquid to the cleaning tank.
2. Put the items to be cleaned into the cleaning tank or net basket.
3. Set the required cleaning temperature (room temperature -80 ° C) through the LCD menu.
4. Set Ultrasonic Power (0% -100%) through the LCD menu.
5. Set the ultrasonic cleaning time (1-99 minutes) through the LCD menu.
6. Select whether to enable the degassing function as required.
7. Start the device and start the cleaning process. The screen will display a countdown and the actual temperature.
8. After cleaning, take out the items and use the equipment drainage function to empty the cleaning liquid if necessary.
Notice
• Do not activate the ultrasonic or heating function when there is no liquid in the cleaning tank to avoid damage to the equipment.
• The amount of cleaning fluid added should ensure that it can submerge the items to be cleaned, but should not exceed the Maximum capacity of the cleaning tank.
• Choose the right cleaning liquid and avoid flammable, explosive or corrosion liquids.
