Principle
The Ultrasonic Cleaner uses a high-frequency (40KHz) electrical signal to drive the transducer, which converts electrical energy into mechanical vibrations, generating dense microscopic bubbles (cavitation effect) in the cleaning liquid. These bubbles rupture rapidly under pressure changes, generating an Impact force that disbonding stains attached to the surface of the object. At the same time, the equipment is equipped with a heating system that can raise the temperature of the cleaning liquid to enhance the cleaning effect.

Steps
1. Add an appropriate amount of cleaning liquid to the cleaning tank.
2. Put the items to be cleaned into the tank or basket.
3. Set the required cleaning temperature (room temperature -80 ° C) through the LCD menu.
4. Set the ultrasonic cleaning time (1-99 minutes) through the menu.
5. Adjust Ultrasonic Power (0% -100%) as needed.
6. Adjust the degassing function as required.
7. Start the device, start cleaning, and the screen displays a countdown and real-time temperature.
8. After cleaning, remove the items and turn off the power.
Notice
Do not activate the ultrasonic and heating functions without cleaning fluid.
● The cleaning fluid level needs to cover the transducer (usually recommended to be 3-5 cm higher than the bottom of the tank), but do not exceed the Maximum capacity.
Do not touch the cleaning tank directly with your hands when heating to prevent burns.
● Avoid using flammable, explosive or corrosive liquids as cleaning agents.
Do not spill water or Miscellaneous liquids on the control panel and display.
When the device is not in use, please disconnect the power supply.
When cleaning the case of the equipment, please use a soft cloth to wipe it and avoid using abrasives.
