DHS-500 is a ZKHS brand Environmental performance equipment, suitable for aviation, automotive, home appliances, scientific research and other fields, used to test electrical, electronic and Miscellaneous products in high temperature, low temperature, heat and humidity or constant test environment parameters and performance changes. The equipment is made of high-quality materials, with precise temperature and humidity control and multiple safety protection functions.

Principle
The equipment is cooled by a fully enclosed Air-Cooled compression refrigeration system, and a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating heater is used to heat up. The built-in isolated all-stainless steel shallow surface evaporative humidifier controls the humidity, and adjusts the humidity through evaporator coil dewpoint temperature laminar contact dehumidification. The circulation system uses a temperature-resistant and low-noise air-conditioning motor and a multi-blade centrifugal wind turbine to ensure that the temperature and humidity in the box are evenly distributed to meet the test requirements.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage meets the requirements of AC220V +/- 10% 50Hz or AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system
2. Set temperature and humidity parameters and test time through a 7.0-inch large screen controller
3. Place the test sample on the test rack, using test lead holes if necessary
4. Start the equipment, monitor temperature and humidity changes, and ensure normal operation
5. After the test is completed, turn off the equipment and remove the sample
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature should be 5 ℃~ 30 ℃, humidity ≤ 85% R.H
• Power frequency stability to avoid overvoltage or undervoltage
• Regularly check safety protection devices, such as leakage, short circuit, over temperature, water shortage, etc
• Humidified water supply system needs to maintain automatic control
• Pay attention to temperature stabilization after opening the door to avoid affecting the test results
• Cut off the power during maintenance to prevent the risk of electric shock
