Principle
The equipment is heated by a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating heater with a fully independent system. The built-in isolated all-stainless steel shallow surface evaporative humidifier is humidified, and the evaporator coil dewpoint temperature laminar contact method is used for dehumidification. The refrigeration system adopts a fully enclosed Air-Cooled compression refrigeration method, which is provided by the original French "Taikang" unit. The circulation system realizes strong air supply circulation through temperature-resistant and low-noise air-conditioning motors and multi-blade centrifugal wind turbines to ensure uniform distribution of temperature and humidity in the test area.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage meets the requirements of AC220V +/- 10% 50Hz or AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system
2. Set temperature, humidity and test time parameters through a 7.0-inch large screen controller
3. Start the equipment, and the system automatically performs heating, cooling, humidification and dehumidification operations
4. Monitor the situation in the box in real time through a large observation window
5. After the test is completed, the equipment automatically stops running and the test sample is taken out
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature should be maintained at 5 ℃~ 30 ℃, humidity ≤ 85% R.H
• Ensure that the water supply system is normal and avoid equipment failure due to water shortage
• Pay attention to the safety protection function, the equipment will be automatically interrupted in case of leakage, short circuit, overtemperature, etc
• Regularly check the door sealing strip and insulation material to ensure the sealing performance
• Avoid opening the door frequently during operation to keep the temperature stable
• The total power of the equipment is 7.5KW, and it is necessary to ensure that the power supply load capacity is sufficient
