ZKHS DHS-010 low temperature constant heating and humidity box is a testing equipment for testing the performance parameters of electrical, electronic and Miscellaneous product materials in high temperature, low temperature, heat and humidity environment. The box body is processed by numerical control machine tool, which is beautiful and easy to operate. Principle
The equipment realizes temperature control through a fully enclosed Air-Cooled compression refrigeration system and a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating heater. It adopts a built-in isolated all-stainless steel shallow surface evaporative humidifier and an evaporator coil dewpoint temperature laminar contact dehumidification method to achieve humidity control. Through a multi-wing blower strong air circulation, ensure that the temperature and humidity distribution in the test area is uniform and meet various environmental testing requirements.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% 50Hz or AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system)
2. Set temperature, humidity and test time parameters through a 7.0-inch large screen
3. Start the device running
4. Monitor the condition of the box through a large observation window
5. Turn off the equipment after the test is completed
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature should be in the range of 5 ℃~ + 30 ℃
• Operating Environment Humidity ≤ 85% R.H
• Pay attention to the safety protection function of the equipment, including leakage, short circuit, over temperature, water shortage and other protection
• Regularly check the operation status of the refrigeration system and humidification system
• Keep equipment well ventilated
