Principle
The test chamber achieves rapid heating through an electric heating wire heating system, and uses a PT100 temperature transducer and an imported microcomputer integrated controller to precisely control the temperature. Ozone is generated by a silent discharge tube generator, and the ozone concentration is monitored and controlled in real time by an imported concentration analysis regulator. At the same time, the lighting system can be controlled independently or alternately, simulating the natural lighting environment for aging tests on Non-metallic materials.

Steps
1. Set the test temperature range (RT + 10 ℃~ 70 ℃ or 0 ℃~ 70 ℃)
2. Set humidity range (65%~ 98% R.H or 40%~ 98% R.H)
3. Set the ozone concentration (low concentration 10~ 1000PPhm or high concentration 1~ 500PPm)
4. Set the lighting control time and alternating cycle time (0~ 999H)
5. Select the specimen state (dynamic or static)
6. Set the test time (0~ 9999 minutes or hours)
7. Start the test equipment
8. Monitor test process parameters

• Power frequency must meet the requirements of AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system
• Before the test, confirm that the safety protection function is normal
Fluctuations in ozone concentration should be controlled within +/- 10%
• Temperature Fluctuations need to be controlled within the range of +/- 0.5 ° C
