Principle
The equipment achieves rapid heating through an electric heating wire heating system, and uses a PT100 temperature transducer and an imported microcomputer integrated controller to precisely control the temperature. The ozone generator uses a silent discharge tube to generate ozone, and the imported concentration analysis regulator monitors and adjusts the ozone concentration in real time. The lighting system can be controlled independently or alternately, simulating the natural lighting environment to conduct aging tests on materials.

Steps
1. Set the test temperature range: RT + 10 ℃~ 70 ℃ or 0 ℃~ 70 ℃
2. Set humidity range: 65%~ 98% R.H or 40%~ 98% R.H
3. Set ozone concentration: low concentration 10~ 1000PPhm or high concentration 1~ 500PPm
4. Set the lighting control time and alternate control time: arbitrarily set within 0~ 999H
5. Set the test time: 0~ 9999 minutes or hours adjustable
6. Select sample status: dynamic or static (optional)
7. Start the equipment and start the test
Notice
• Power frequency must be AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system
• During the test, pay attention to observe that the Temperature Fluctuation is controlled within the range of +/- 0.5 ° C
• Fluctuations in humidity should be kept within the range of + 2, -3% R.H
Fluctuations in ozone concentration within +/- 10%
• Gas flow rate should be maintained at 12~ 16mm/s
