Principle
The equipment is heated by electric heating wire to achieve rapid heating, and the PT100 temperature transducer and imported microcomputer integrated controller are used to precisely control the temperature. The ozone generator uses a silent discharge tube to generate ozone, and the imported concentration analysis regulator monitors and adjusts the ozone concentration in real time. At the same time, the lighting system can be independently or alternately cycled to simulate the aging test process under different environment conditions.

Steps
1. Connect AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire power supply
2. Set the required temperature range (RT + 10 ℃~ 70 ℃ or 0 ℃~ 70 ℃)
3. Set humidity range (65%~ 98% R.H or 40%~ 98% R.H)
4. Set the ozone concentration range (low concentration 10~ 1000PPhm or high concentration 1~ 500PPm)
5. Set the lighting control time and alternate control time (0~ 999H)
6. Set the test time (0~ 9999 minutes or hours)
7. Select the specimen state (dynamic or static)
8. Start the equipment and start the test

• Inner chamber dimensions of 500 * 600 * 750mm, sample size should not exceed this range
