Principle
The equipment achieves rapid heating through electric heating wire heating, and uses PT100 temperature transducer and imported instruments to control the heating system to ensure temperature stability. The lighting system can be independently controlled or alternately cycled. The ozone generator uses a silent discharge tube to generate ozone, and the ozone concentration is monitored in real time through imported concentration analysis regulators.

Steps
1. Set the lighting control time and alternate control time (within the range of 0~ 999H)
2. Set the test time (0~ 9999 M, H adjustable)
3. Select the specimen state (dynamic or static)
4. Set the temperature range (RT + 10 ℃~ 70 ℃ or 0 ℃~ 70 ℃)
5. Set humidity range (65%~ 98% R.H or 40%~ 98% R.H)
6. Set the ozone concentration range (low concentration 10~ 1000PPhm or high concentration 1~ 500PPm)
7. Start the equipment and start the test
Notice
• Power frequency must be AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system
• Pay attention to observe Temperature Fluctuations during the test to ensure that it is within the range of +/- 0.5 ° C
• Fluctuations in humidity should be controlled within the range of + 2, -3% R.H
Fluctuations in ozone concentration should be controlled within the range of +/- 10%
• Gas flow rate should be maintained at 12~ 16mm/s
• Pay attention to whether the safety protection function of the equipment is normal
• Regularly check whether the sample rack speed is 1rpm.
