Overview
ZKHS QL-010 ozone aging test chamber is a special equipment for non-metallic materials to withstand sunlight and artificial Illuminant aging test. The box body is processed by numerical control machine tool, which is beautiful and easy to operate. The liner is imported stainless steel plate, the shell is sprayed with A3 steel plate, and the heating method is electric heating wire heating. The temperature rise is fast and the temperature distribution is uniform.

Principle
The test chamber achieves rapid heating through an electric heating wire heating system, and uses a PT100 temperature transducer and an imported microcomputer integrated controller to precisely control the temperature. The lighting system can be controlled independently or alternately. The ozone generator uses a silent discharge tube to generate ozone. The ozone concentration is monitored and adjusted by an imported concentration analysis regulator to simulate the aging environment of Non-metallic materials in sunlight and artificial Illuminant.

Steps
1. Set the lighting control time and alternate control time (within the range of 0~ 999H)
2. Select the dynamic or static sample status according to the test requirements
3. Set temperature range (RT + 10 ℃~ 70 ℃ or 0 ℃~ 70 ℃) and humidity range (65%~ 98% R.H or 40%~ 98% R.H)
4. Adjust the ozone concentration range (low concentration 10~ 1000PPhm or high concentration 1~ 500PPm)
5. Start equipment to monitor temperature, humidity and ozone concentration fluctuations
6. The test time can be adjusted within 0 to 9999 minutes or hours, and the equipment can be turned off after completion
Notice
• Power frequency must be AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system
• Ensure that the safety protection function is normal before the test, including leakage, short circuit, over temperature, motor overheating, and over current protection
• Ozone concentration Fluctuation control within +/- 10%, Temperature Fluctuation control within +/- 0.5 ℃
• Humidity Fluctuation is controlled within the range of + 2, -3% R.H
• The gas flow rate is maintained at 12~ 16mm/S
• The sample rack rotates at 1rpm to ensure the normal operation of the 360-degree swirl/spin sample rack
• Regularly check the ozone generator and concentration analyzer to ensure the stable operation of the equipment
