Principle
The temperature and humidity parameters of the test chamber are set by a programmable controller. The refrigeration system adopts a unit or binary low temperature circuit design, and cooperates with a multi-wing blower to circulate air to ensure uniform temperature and humidity in the test area. The humidification and dehumidification systems work independently, and the heating system adopts a nickel-chromium alloy electric heater to achieve rapid lifting and High Accuracy control.

Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage meets the requirements of AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V +/- 10%.
2. Open the device and select the Chinese and English interface through the 7.0-inch Touchscreen controller.
3. Set the temperature and humidity parameters, and use the 100-program function to edit the test steps.
4. Place the test sample on the test rack and close the box door to ensure sealing.
5. Start the test and monitor the real-time operation Linear dispersion diagram.
6. After the test is completed, turn off the device and remove the sample.
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature should be 5 ° C to 30 ° C, humidity should not exceed 85% R.H.
• Ensure that the water source of the replenishment tank is sufficient to avoid protection downtime due to water shortage.
• Pay attention to the opening of the waterway and circuit system during maintenance to avoid damage.
• Do not touch the controller at will during the test to prevent misoperation and shutdown.
• Regularly check safety protection devices, such as leakage, overheating, etc., to ensure normal operation.
