GDS-100B high and low temperature damping heat test chamber is a ZKHS brand product, suitable for aerospace products, information electronic Instruments, materials, electrical, electronic products and various electronic components in high and low temperature or heat and humidity environment inspection performance indicators. The equipment adopts advanced temperature and humidity control system and refrigeration technology to ensure accurate and stable test environment.

1. The box body is processed and formed by numerical control machine tool, with beautiful appearance and easy operation of the reaction handle design

Principle
The equipment is heated by a fully independent system of nickel-chromium alloy electric heating heater. The built-in isolated all-stainless steel shallow surface evaporative humidifier is humidified, and the evaporator coil dewpoint temperature laminar contact dehumidification method is used to achieve dehumidification. The refrigeration system adopts the original French "Taikang" fully enclosed Air-Cooled compression refrigeration method, and the strong air supply cycle of the multi-wing blower ensures uniform distribution of temperature and humidity in the test area. The controller has the function of automatic calculation, which can correct the temperature and humidity change conditions in real time to achieve accurate and stable environment simulation.

Steps
1. Power frequency meets AC220V +/- 10% 50Hz or AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system requirements
2. Check the water level of the replenishment tank to ensure that the water source is sufficient
3. Set temperature and humidity parameters and test program through 7.0 inch Touchscreen controller
4. If an external test line is required, use the 50mm diameter test hole on the left side of the box
5. Start the equipment and monitor the real-time operation Linear dispersion diagram
6. After the test is completed, shut down the equipment according to the procedures
Notice
• Equipment Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 5 ℃~ 30 ℃, humidity ≤ 85% R.H
• Before use, check whether the safety protection device is normal, including leakage, short circuit, overtemperature, water shortage, motor overheating, Compressor overvoltage, overload, overcurrent protection
• The humidification system pipeline and the control circuit board have been separated, but the pipeline sealing needs to be checked regularly
• The door opening design is convenient for operation during maintenance and repair
• The controller has a screen lock function to avoid human accidental touch and shutdown
• Regularly clean the inner tank and observation window of the box to keep the equipment clean
• Do not open the box door for a long time when the equipment is running, so as not to affect the temperature and humidity stability
