Overview
GDS-800B high and low temperature damping heat test chamber is produced by ZKHS, suitable for aerospace products, information electronic Instruments, materials, electrical, electronic products and various electronic components in high and low temperature or heat and humidity environment inspection of its performance indicators. Inner chamber dimensions of the device are 800 * 1000 * 1000mm, Temperature range -20~ 150 ℃, Humidity Control Range 30~ 98% R.H., with precise temperature and humidity control and stable performance.

Principle
The equipment is heated by a fully independent system of nickel-chromium alloy electric heating heater, and the original French "Taikang" fully enclosed Air-Cooled compression refrigeration method is used to achieve cooling. The humidification system adopts a built-in isolated all-stainless steel shallow surface evaporative humidifier, and the dehumidification system adopts an evaporator coil dewpoint temperature laminar contact dehumidification method. Powerful air supply circulation is realized through a temperature-resistant and low-noise air-conditioning motor and a multi-blade centrifugal wind turbine to ensure uniform distribution of temperature and humidity in the test area. The controller has an automatic calculation function, which can correct the temperature and humidity change conditions in real time to achieve precise and stable control.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply, select AC220V +/- 10% 50Hz or AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire power supply
2. Set temperature and humidity parameters and test time through 7.0 inch Touchscreen
3. Select or edit the test program, you can set up to 100 sets of programs, 1000 segments, 999 loops
4. After confirming the parameters, start the device and start the temperature and humidity test
5. Monitor the situation in the box in real time through the observation window
6. After the test is completed, the device automatically stops and the test sample is taken out
Notice
• Equipment Ambient Temperature should be within the range of 5~ 30 ℃
• Working environment humidity should be ≤ 85% R.H
• Check the water level of the replenishment tank before use to ensure that the water source is sufficient
• Regularly check whether the safety protection device is normal
• Power should be turned off during maintenance
• The test hole should be closed in time after use
• Avoid opening doors frequently when the equipment is running
• Power should be cut off when not in use for a long time
