GDS-100C high and low temperature damping heat test chamber is produced by ZKHS, which is suitable for aerospace products, information electronic Instruments, materials, electrical and electronic products and various electronic components in high and low temperature or heat and humidity environment inspection performance indicators. The box body is processed by numerical control machine tool, which is beautiful and easy to operate.
Features
1. The inner tank of the box is made of imported stainless steel (SUS304) mirror plate, and the shell is sprayed with A3 steel plate to improve the appearance, texture and cleanliness

Principle
The test chamber precisely sets the temperature and humidity parameters through the programmable controller, and uses the refrigeration system, heating system and humidification system to work independently to realize the simulation of high and low temperature and heating and humidity environment. The multi-wing blower circulates the air passage to ensure the uniform distribution of temperature and humidity in the box, and corrects the changing conditions in real time through the automatic calculation function to maintain accurate and stable control.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage meets the requirements of AC220V +/- 10% 50Hz or AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system
2. Open the replenishment tank, check the water source and replenish, the system has automatic water shortage protection
3. Select the Chinese and English interfaces through the 7.0-inch Touchscreen controller, and set the temperature and humidity program, with a maximum of 99 hours and 59 minutes per period
4. Use the RS-232 or RS-485 communication interface to program or monitor the test process on the computer
5. Start the equipment, the system automatically calculates and corrects the temperature and humidity conditions to ensure accurate and stable
6. Real-time monitoring of box conditions through large observation windows and lighting
7. After the test, turn off the device and disconnect the power supply
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature should be maintained at 5 ℃~ 30 ℃, humidity ≤ 85% R.H
• Regularly check the water level of the replenishment tank to avoid protection triggers caused by water shortage
• Use the door opening design for waterway and circuit system maintenance
• Avoid human touch of the controller screen to prevent unplanned downtime
• Use the 50mm diameter test hole on the left side of the box when connecting the external test line
• Pay attention to safety protection functions, including leakage, short circuit, over temperature, water shortage, motor overheating, Compressor overvoltage, overload, overcurrent protection
